Besides body work, I also offer sessions or partly sessions through coaching in which I use Verbal Processing. By asking a question or stating a phrase we go to the energy that keeps a problem in existence. And by using the Access Verbal Processing we actually blow this limiting energy out of existence. This creates space for something new. What is unique to this technique is that you do not need to know or understand the reason of the problem - it is all about your willingness to let it go.
