My name is Luz Adame, founder of The Joy of Healing, international transformational facilitator, energy healer, author of The Magic of Choosing Yourself Without Permission, co-author of Earth Healing, and host of the bilingual radio show The Magic of Choosing Yourself Without Permission on Golden Star Radio.

For more than thirteen years, I have had the privilege of supporting people from around the world on their journeys of personal growth, emotional well-being, and expanded consciousness. My purpose is to help you discover that, even after life's most difficult moments, new possibilities are always available.

My Story

I did not choose this path because life was easy.

I chose it because I had to rebuild myself.

There was a time when I experienced deep depression, emotional pain, and an abusive relationship that left me feeling lost and disconnected from who I truly was. I understand what it feels like to wake up without hope, to live with a mind that never seems to rest, and to wonder if peace is even possible.

Yet I also discovered that even our darkest moments can become the beginning of profound transformation.

That turning point came when I attended an Access Bars® class with Dr. Dain Heer. After receiving just two Bars sessions, I experienced a remarkable shift in my emotional well-being. That experience opened my awareness to a completely new way of understanding energy, consciousness, and the incredible capacity each person has to create a different reality.

From that moment forward, I committed my life to studying, training, and sharing transformational tools that support healing, self-awareness, and personal empowerment.

My Mission

My mission is to support you in releasing the limitations that stand between you and the life you truly desire, so you can experience greater peace, clarity, confidence, and joy.

I believe that no one is broken.

Every person possesses an extraordinary capacity to heal, grow, and transform when they are given the right tools, compassionate guidance, and the willingness to choose something different.

I don't believe my role is to tell you who you should become.

I believe my role is to help you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and possibilities that already exist within you.
