I’m Luz Adame, creator of The Joy of Healing and co-author of the book Earth Healing. My path has been shaped by both pain and transformation. I once lived through deep depression, an abusive relationship, and moments when life felt unbearable. I know what it’s like to feel trapped in your own mind, as if hope has disappeared.

Everything changed when I attended an Access Bars® class with Dr. Dain Heer. After receiving two sessions, I felt a profound release: my depression lifted, my fears dissolved, and I experienced peace and possibility for the first time in years. That moment opened the door to healing and inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others discover the same freedom.

With over 13 years of experience, I have helped hundreds of people transform their lives. My ongoing training and dedication shine through in every session, delivering lasting results.

Since 2012, I’ve been guiding people through Access Consciousness® sessions, Sound Baths, Reiki, Quantum Healing, and other holistic modalities. My mission is to help you release limitations, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner light.
