Hello, my name is Matthew. Back in November of 2012, when I was nine years old, I began using Access Consciousness Tools. I attended my first Bars session, and I enrolled in my first Access Consciousness Bars class the following year. Since then, I have taken many other classes in Access Bars, Foundation, Choice of Possibilities, Body Process, Access Energetic Facelift, and SOP. I additionally attended a class on reflexology of the hands and feet.

I use Access Consciousness tools and techniques such as Body Process, Access Bars, SOP, and my personal favorite, Access Energetic Facelift Sessions, to help you bring joy into your life. I'm also a certified practitioner of reflexology.
