If you’re using this salve for arthritis pain you may need to use it daily, for up to a week or 2, before seeing results. Store the salve in a cool, dark place, and use within 6 months for best results.

Cayanne Pepper: Is a very hot and spicy herb; that heat comes from the constituent capsaicin. Capsaicin has very powerful pain-relieving properties when applied to the skin. It reduces the amount of substance P, a chemical that carries pain messages to the brain, in your body.
Coconut Oil: Helps to hydrate skin and reinforce its natural defensive barrier to better retain moisture. Has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties.
Beeswax: Has fantastic skin-softening properties and enhances skin elasticity, helping reduce the signs of ageing. Beeswax is anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial and germicidal.
Vitamin E:    Is an anti-inflammatory agent in the skin, as several studies have supported its prevention of inflammatory damage after UV exposure.
Olive Oil: It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-aging properties because it is packed with antioxidants and vitamins.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Is used to soothe inflammation, irritation and itchiness on skin and scalp. It promotes wound-healing, and it is also touted as a natural remedy for soothing bug bites, and providing relief in pruritus, a common skin infection which leads to rashes, hives and itchiness.
Lavender Essential Oil: Is  gently moisturizes skin, and is non-comedogenic for pores. Lavender oil is naturally antibacterial, meaning that it kills acne-causing bacteria that might infiltrate your pores.
