If you would like to experience the bars firsthand, come enjoy your own personalized Bars sessions. A typical session runs around an hour, possibly a bit more. Most people find that they like to do a series of Bars sessions when they first start. I personally did one weekly for the first two months and it helped me establish a deep-set sense of peace and wellbeing. Now I do them less often unless I’m going through a particularly challenging time or a time of great personal change.
