Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. A Reiki session is great for those who are new to Reiki and would like to experience energy healing for the first time. For those who have had Reiki in the past, 45 minute Reiki sessions are an excellent ‘pick-me-up’ to balance your energy. During the session, Luz will infuse sound therapy, crystals, and aromatherapies in each Reiki session.
